    Description

    Set in Santa Margarita in Roses surrounded by canals, at 3.4 km from the center of Roses, 45 minutes’ drive from Girona Airport and 20 minutes from the AVE train station Vilafant- Figueres.
    Isla the Rosas is a huge Building of 600 apartments divided in 12 levels with the best views. The building is made up by four buildings, Llevant, Tramuntana, Xaloc and Garbí, and they provides a total of 8 elevators, an efficient surveillance cameras system and WIFI connexion in the all building.
    Isla de Rosas provides with the best amenities and installations for your holidays by an access pass which it cost 6 € per person for all stay: 3 swimming pools, 2 slides, gardens, parking outdoor places, two tennis courts, one petanque court, playground, and other facilities supermarket, bars and restaurants (opened only from June to September).
    The apartment provides guests with a terrace, pool views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, coffe-machine, and a private bathroom with shower. For added convenience, Tramuntana42 can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge of 9.50 € per person.

Our favorite part is the wall of sliding glass doors leading to the balcony with never-ending sea views. The hosts, a family real estate agency, are immediately responsive to any questions and are a pleasure to interact with.
